River North Strength's most popular offering that lends client to coach ratios of no more than 4:1 per 50 minute session. We first bring new members in for a 1 on 1 consultation to understand goals, needs, and abilities - and formulate a plan for success from there.

Personal Training (1 on 1)
While we do recommend our Semi-Private Training to most new clients - sometimes 1 on 1 is simply a better fit. This could be the need to train outside normal group hours, having special needs that don't cater well to a group setting, or simply like the 1 on 1 feel of working with a coach.

Separate from our emails, blog posts, and healthy habits we teach and share with our training members, we offer 1 on 1 nutrition consultations and coaching to both non-members and members alike. This is going to include weekly check-ins, accountability, and the 1 on 1 attention needed to get the results you are after.
