Q: I've lifted weights before and got hurt, how do I know this will be any different?

A: Sorry to hear your last experience wasn't the best one! At RNS we have a team of experienced coaches that specialize in working with an adult population that naturally comes with some aches and pains (and sometimes previous injuries. We go over all history during the consultation and then screen movement to assess from our point of view. We then put together a plan that both makes sense from a training perspective and comfortable for the client.

Q: I haven't worked out in a long time, will I be able to handle the workouts?

A: Similar to what is discussed above, we treat each client on an individual basis - and progress or regress workouts as needed. Some come to us with a great base of fitness, we get them better. Some come to us with no base at all - we meet you where you're at and build from there! Don't feel like you need to "get in shape" to be able to benefit from strength training.
